The Security Service of Osh State University organizes a series of meetings with students from various faculties, colleges, and high schools to prevent legal violations and crimes within the student community. Representatives from the Osh City Police Department are invited to attend these meetings.

Local police officers and Ministry of Internal Affairs personnel provide students with information about the legal requirements in the field of law enforcement as stipulated by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, students are educated about adhering to the university's internal code of conduct, following established routines, and refraining from engaging in misconduct or extorting money from lower-level students.

Faculty deans and faculty members are informed that they have the authority to expel students who disrupt public order. Similar meetings are regularly conducted in collaboration with representatives of local law enforcement authorities.
