The Professional Union Committee has revised the Collective Agreement

Today, on February 1, the professional union committee of OshSU summoned a meeting. The meeting was attended by all committee members from university structures. The participants discussed the Collective Agreement developed between the rectorate of Osh State University and the professional union committee for 2023-2026 on socio-economic and labor issues.

Until now, the professional union committee of OshSU has been working with the 2019 collective agreement in the official language. Amendments and additions have been made to the current collective agreement, prepared in the Kyrgyz and Russian languages.

During the meeting, Absamat Sattarov, the chairman of the Osh State University professional union committee, presented the 2023 work plan and provided information on the committee’s operations for 2022.

The professional union of Osh State University is one of the largest public organizations in the country, which includes administrative-management, faculty personnel and staff. The union takes legal and social protection of the university workers, protects labor and health rights, organizes employees’ vacation, supports sports events, develops and proposes different activities and monitors their implementation.
