OshSU Marks 85th Anniversary with Birch Sapling Planting
On the initiative of the professional union at Osh State University, saplings of white birch were recently planted in front of the university’s main building to mark its 85th anniversary. The event, which saw the active involvement of the institution’s leadership, was a significant symbolic point in its history.
Before the 85th anniversary festivities, a total of 85 original white birch saplings had been planted across the “Ak-Buura” campus. This symbolic gesture not only adds to the campus’s natural charm but also symbolizes the enduring legacy of Osh State University.
