Rector's Working Visit to China has Successfully Concluded
On December 7-8, 2023, Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov and the dean of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty of Osh State University Toktosun Aitikeev took part in the World Chinese Language Congress in Beijing.
Professor Kozhobekov made a report “Achievements and Features of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty of Osh State University” at the conference “Development of the International Chinese Language.”
Along with this, Osh State University Rector and the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic L. Samykbaeva, met with the Minister of Education of the People's Republic of China.
Additionally, Osh State University has entered into a bilateral cooperation agreement with Xiamen University in China, which is ranked among the top 400 universities according to the international QS ranking. The Rectors of Osh State University, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, and Xiamen University, Zhang Zun Yi, held discussions on various collaboration aspects such as academic mobility, joint research initiatives, and the implementation of collaborative educational programs.
