The Osh State University team succeeded at the Inter-University Fall Hackathon in Bishkek
The inter-university Fall Hackathon, organized by the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics in Bishkek, saw participation from two teams: “OshSU 1” from the Higher School of International Education Programs and "OshSU 2" from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies.
Following the event, the team "OshSU 1" from the Higher School of International Education Programs secured the 3rd position overall. Led by lecturer Toktobubu Arapova, the team comprised 3rd and 4th year students Venera Akmatbek, Bayaman Jolonov, and Kymbatbek uulu Nizami.
During the Interuniversity Fall Hackathon, "OshSU 1" successfully completed the task of developing the "Electronic Queue" microservice program for RSK Bank within a timeframe of 11 hours, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Participating teams hailed from various higher educational institutions across the republic, focusing on training specialist programmers. The organizers awarded diplomas, cash prizes, and even offered employment opportunities at RSK Bank.
