At the conclusion of the international expedition "From Altai to Chon Alai," the director of the Institute of History and International Relations of the Altai State University  Ivan Nazarov met with rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov. The visitor also went to Osh State University's arts, history, and oriental studies department. The recent conference amended a 2021–2022 agreement on double diplomas for a master's degree that the design departments of the two universities had previously signed. Seven grant slots for master's programs were given by Altai State University.

At the Faculty of Oriental Studies and History, the prospect of ratifying a deal on dual degrees for a master's program was also raised. Altai State University is willing to give Osh State University 5 grant spots in the event that such a contract is signed.
The Russian scientist learned about the teachers Kimiya Torogeldieva and Zuura Turdubaeva's collection of national women's headdresses at the Faculty of Arts.
Scientists from Russia, Kyrgyz National University, and Osh State University participated in the second joint international expedition "From Altai to Chon Alai." From 1953 through 1956, a similarly complicated mission was conducted. These studies are currently being restarted with the aid of Osh State University.
