Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Replaced
At Osh State University, there has been a personnel change. Ruslan Arapbaev was relieved from his position as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs due to his transfer to another job.
He was replaced by Ularbek Moldoyarov. The relevant order was signed by Rector Kudaуberdi Kozhobekov on February 23. Previously, he served as Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation and E-Learning.
43-year-old Ularbek Moldoyarov has been in this role since 2023. Earlier, he headed the university’s Media Center and IT Academy. He holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics and is an associate professor. He is the author of 37 scientific articles.
