Newly Hired Lecturers’ Lessons Undergo Thorough Analysis for Academic Excellence
New lecturers of Department of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacognosy of the Medical Faculty Nazperi Razzakova, Baktygul Taalaibekova, Nursultan Chotobaev and Rustambek Mamatov conducted open classes for faculty members.
The classes were attended by members of the department, representatives of the Methodological Council of the faculty, as well as instructors of the Quality and Teaching Methodology Department.
Lecturers who took part in the work freely used technical means, Internet resources and creative games to ensure interaction and activity, as well as an emotional atmosphere in the classroom.
After conducting classes, an analysis and discussion of the results was conducted, and recommendations were provided for newly hired lecturers to improve their academic activities.
