Osh State University’s Commitment to Educational Excellence and Innovation

The Department of Strategic Planning for the Development of Education Quality, Research, and Innovation, along with the Center for Professional Development at Osh State University conducted training courses in which approximately 400 faculty members from OshSU and other universities in Osh participated.

On February 5th, certificates were awarded to the participants of the professional development and pedagogical mastery courses. Rector of OshSU, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, highlighted in his speech that mastering and widely applying new educational technologies, advanced pedagogical experience, modern educational practices, and skills are the needs of the time.

To enhance the pedagogical mastery and qualifications of teachers and professors, the Institute for Professional Development was established at OshSU in 2015, which has been functioning as the Center for Professional Development since 2023. A total of 1154 school teachers and university lecturers have upgraded their qualifications from 2019 to 2024.
