Admission for PhD Program
By Rector's Order No. 7114-FHD/23 dated December 15, 2023, and the Academic Council's decision, Protocol No. 4 dated December 12, 2023, Osh State University announces the acceptance of applications for the Doctor of Science degree in respective specialties on a competitive basis.
Application Timeline: Documents will be accepted from December 15, 2023, to February 2, 2024, at the Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies of Osh State University, Office 103 (Central Library). Contact number: 7-28-12.
Required Documents:
- Application addressed to the rector with the rector or vice-rector for science's endorsement, specifying the dissertation topic, specialty code, the scientific advisor's name, and their academic degree.
- Extract from the department's decision related to the dissertation topic, signed by the department head and secretary, authenticated by the university's human resources department.
- Extract from the relevant faculty's academic council decision, signed by the council chairman and secretary, authenticated by the university's human resources department.
- Dissertation work plan outlining work stages (for a doctoral dissertation - 5 years), emphasizing the topic's relevance and objectives.
- Written consent of the scientific advisor, authenticated by the personnel department at their workplace.
- List of academic works pre and post-defense of the candidate's thesis. The list is certified by the author's signature, academic secretary, and the university's official seal.
- Copy of the PhD diploma.
- Copy of the applicant's passport.
