Professors from Osh State Medical University took part in an international scientific conference held in Tashkent. Dean of the Faculty of General Medicine, Kylychbek Mamasharipov, and Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Childhood Infectious Diseases, Kursanbek Turdubaev, attended the event upon special invitation from the administration of Tashkent State Medical University.
During the conference, Kursanbek Turdubaev delivered a presentation on the impact of iron deficiency and anemia in young children on their physical and intellectual development, sharing the results of his long-term research. He also presented significant findings on the effects of organochlorine compounds on hematopoietic organs.
The conference was held under the theme “Current Issues in Modern Pediatrics: New Opportunities for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood Diseases.” Scientists from around the world shared their latest research on innovative diagnostic methods, improvements in treatment approaches, and new directions for the development of modern pediatrics.
