Construction of a five-story educational building has begun at OshSU
On the base of a five-story educational structure for medical education on the OshSU Ak-Buura campus, a capsule was positioned.
On the campus there are three educational labs, the Medical Clinic, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty of International Medicine.
The newly constructed building will have educational laboratories, study rooms, lecture halls, a modern library and study halls on the fifth floor. The area of the building is 2008 square meters, the total construction cost is 84 million soms.
“We developed a plan for high-quality education, medical personnel training, and the delivery of high-quality healthcare. Residents of the city are currently served by the medical clinic of our institution. We will soon begin large-scale constructions to replace the municipal hospital, which has joined OshSU, to increase the clinical base” said Kudaiberdi Kojobekov, the rector.
The seventh structure to be constructed on the Ak-Buura campus, the new educational building, is anticipated to be finished in 2023.
