Guest Lecture on Central Asia’s Historical Connections Held
A guest lecture was organized within the framework of cooperation with Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute. The lecture featured a joint presentation by historian Ulugbek Mavlyanov from Samarkand and lawyer Ulukbek Süiörkulov from Osh, drawing strong interest from 2nd–3rd year students and faculty members.
The speakers provided a comparative analysis of historical processes in Central Asia, highlighting the cultural and historical roles of ancient Samarkand and Osh, as well as intercultural interaction and key stages of regional development. The event aimed to promote academic dialogue, expand interuniversity cooperation, and deepen students’ understanding of regional history.
