OshSU Triumphs Over “AsiaGOL”
On September 26, the football club of Osh State University defeated the Bishkek club “AsiaGOL” with a score of 1:0. The only goal was scored by Richard Romario in the 38th minute. The forward was also named the “Best Player” of the match.
The match took place at the recently renovated “Manas” stadium in Kara-Suu. Mayor Islam Ermamatov handed over the symbolic key of the stadium to OshSU Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov for temporary use. The stadium will now host the university club’s home games and training sessions.
Earlier, the stadium was fully renovated following the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov. Equipment was replaced, stands were installed, and natural turf cultivated by Uzbek specialists was laid.
