13 PhD students are enrolled at Osh State University
The Osh State University PhD program held its winter admission on January 30, 2023, for newly opened Philology, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science courses. Thirteen of the fifteen PhD candidates who submitted documents had their applications accepted.
There are now 40 PhD students enrolled in OshSU's five faculties. They are Economics, Physics, Public Health and Medicine, Electrical Engineering, and Mathematics.
As a part of the Derecka project of the Erasmus+ program, the PhD program was opened in 2021 and began enrolling PhD candidates for the first time at OshSU.
