Osh State University Opens Admission for Postgraduate Studies 2025-2026
Osh State University is pleased to announce the start of admissions for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025-2026. Prospective candidates can submit their application documents from August 26 to September 25, 2025.
Applicants are invited to review the list of available specialties on the official Osh State University website: https://www.oshsu.kg/ru/page/292.
Required Documents for Application:
Applicants must submit an application addressed to the Rector of Osh State University, accompanied by the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae
- Notarized copies of diplomas (higher education, master’s degree, residency certificates; for foreign citizens, a certificate of equivalence)
- Consent of the scientific supervisor with certified signature and seal, including details about their specialty, academic degree, title, place of work, and contact information
- Certified copies of published scientific works or inventions (if available)
- Abstract on the selected specialty topic with an expert’s opinion
- Four photographs (3x4 cm)
- Identity card certified by the personnel department
- Copy of the protocol from the relevant department recommending postgraduate study
- Certified copy of the work book
- References from previous workplaces
- Notarized copy of passport (with translation for foreign citizens)
- Recommendations from the scientific council or state attestation commission (if applicable)
- Protocols of passed candidate exams and state language certificate (if applicable)
Candidates must present original copies of their passport and diploma in person.
