Registration for the Ordinary Republican Testing (ORT) for winter university admission in Kyrgyzstan in 2026 is open from October 14 to October 29. Registration is conducted online through the Testing Center’s electronic platform via district and city education departments.
Winter admission is available only for fee-paying (contract-based) study programs.
Only individuals who have completed secondary or specialized secondary education and hold a certificate or diploma confirming their education are eligible to register for the winter ORT.
Graduates of 2027 are not eligible to register. This includes students in the 11th grade, final-year students of technical schools and colleges, and current university students.
Graduates of previous years and 2026 graduates must obtain access to their personal accounts. Access is granted by the ORT coordinator at the district or city education department at their place of residence, after the applicant presents their passport and secondary education certificate or diploma in person.
Obtain access from the ORT coordinator at your district or city education department.
To complete the online registration form, you will need:
Your mobile phone number;
Electronic images of both sides of your original passport;
An electronic image of your original secondary education certificate or specialized secondary education diploma;
A digital photograph of your face, meeting the photo requirements.
An identity document (passport or military ID) is mandatory. Applicants without an identity document cannot enter the test. Electronic documents displayed through the Tunduk mobile app are accepted during registration but are not accepted as identity documents at the test venue.
Your phone number will be used not only as your registration login but also to participate in the competition for admission to higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
Instructions for completing the online registration form are available from the ORT coordinator at your local district or city education department.
Applicants without an identity document or ORT registration will not be admitted to the test.
Citizens residing outside Kyrgyzstan must register one day before the test. All required documents listed above are mandatory.
The winter ORT is tentatively scheduled for November 20–22, 2026.
The main ORT is compulsory for admission to higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
Subject tests are available in English, chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, history, Kyrgyz language and literature, and Russian language and literature. Each subject test is scored separately from the main test. Applicants may choose any number of subject tests, but taking more tests does not necessarily improve their chances of admission.
Each selected test requires a separate payment. Subject tests cannot be taken without taking the main test.
Registration fees must be paid to participate in the ORT.
Main test: 470 KGS
State language test: 470 KGS
Each subject test: 470 KGS
Payments can be made through Eldik Bank, MegaPay, or O! Деньги. Applicants must present the payment receipt to the ORT coordinator or enter the receipt number and amount in their personal account.
