Lecturers of our university took part in the International Scientific Forum “SheSCIENCE 2026,” held on February 11–12 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The forum focused on strengthening the role of women in science, technology, and innovation, as well as expanding regional scientific cooperation. Participants discussed effective strategies to support women’s leadership in research and emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among academic institutions, government agencies, and international partners.
“SheSCIENCE” is an international platform that brings together women scientists, young researchers, and experts to exchange experiences and foster interregional collaboration. This year’s discussions highlighted the integration of scientific innovations and the contribution of women to sustainable development.
The event was organized on the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, established by the United Nations General Assembly. The forum once again confirmed the importance of creating inclusive opportunities for women in science and strengthening international academic partnerships.
