On December 20, students of the Higher School of International Educational Programs visited the Toktogul Satylganov Osh Regional Library as part of an educational excursion.

During the visit, students explored various departments of the library and learned about modern methods of obtaining and using information resources. The program also included the screening of a documentary film titled “How Are People Destroying Nature?” followed by a discussion on environmental protection and the formation of ecological culture.

The film screening was organized in line with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, “On Measures to Ensure Environmental Safety and Sustainability,” emphasizing the importance of environmental responsibility.

The excursion was initiated by Nurzada Ergeshova, Senior Lecturer at the Higher School of International Educational Programs. According to the organizer, the event aimed to introduce students to the activities of the regional library, its rich book collection, and its modern technological capabilities.
