Meeting on Garment Industry Development and Exports
On December 18, Osh State University Business Park hosted a meeting dedicated to the development of the garment industry and the expansion of export opportunities.
The meeting brought together specialists from the Kyrgyz Export Development Center under the Ministry of Economy and Trade, representatives from districts of Osh Oblast, experts from Uzbekistan, as well as garment industry startups, students, and young scientists of Osh State University.
Participants discussed the current situation in the garment sector, prospects for exporting products to international markets, challenges faced by manufacturers, and ways to overcome export barriers. The discussion also included the exchange of experience and practical recommendations.
At the end of the meeting, the Kyrgyz Export Development Center confirmed its readiness to further strengthen cooperation with the Osh State University Business Park, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration.
