On December 12, Osh State University organized a student intellectual competition in honor of Literature Day. The competition included 19 teams from various institutes, faculties, and colleges of the university.
The contest consisted of four stages, during which participants answered questions about the life and works of Chingiz Aitmatov and Alykul Osmonov, as well as completed logical tasks. An interactive game was also held on the Kahoot platform, where teams solved logical and analytical challenges requiring quick thinking and decision-making skills.
As a result, the team “Akyikat” took 3rd place, “Esperanto” took 2nd place, and 1st place was awarded to the team “Muras” from the Industrial-Pedagogical College.
Winners received cash prizes and certificates from sponsors. In addition, the teams “Tilimmen” from the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication and “Pedgirls” from the Institute of Pedagogy, Arts, and Journalism were awarded certificates of appreciation for active participation.
The event was organized by the Student Council to foster students’ interest in literature, deepen their understanding of the heritage of great writers, and develop logical thinking skills among youth.
