On February 13, as part of a working visit to Bashkortostan, a delegation led by Osh State University Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov visited Bashkir State Pedagogical University (BSPU) named after M. Akmulla.
During a meeting with BSPU Rector Salavat Sagitov, the two universities signed a cooperation agreement aimed at fostering collaboration in education and scientific research. The agreement also includes provisions for academic mobility programs for instructors and students specializing in pedagogy.
Under the mobility program, participating instructors and students will cover their own transportation costs, while other expenses will be funded by the host institution.
The Osh State University delegation explored BSPU’s Analytical Center, the Institute of Physics, Mathematics, Digital and Nanotechnologies, and the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography. They also had the opportunity to meet Kyrgyz students currently studying at BSPU.
Notably, BSPU is actively involved in establishing Russian-Kyrgyz schools in Kyrgyzstan. At present, 30 young instructors from the university are working in schools across the country.
