Kyrgyz Ambassador to Qatar Delivers Guest Lecture at OshSU
The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Qatar, Marat Nuraliyev, delivered an online guest lecture at the Institute of Oriental Studies of Osh State University.
The lecture focused on “Kyrgyz-Qatari Diplomatic Relations: History, Current State, and Future.” It was attended by students, graduate students, and faculty members of the institute.
Associate Professor Zholdoshbek Botonoev, Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, expressed appreciation to the ambassador for his participation.
With support from the State of Qatar, the institute established the “Qatari-Arabic Study and Translation Center” at a cost of 500,000 soms. Currently, around 100 undergraduate and graduate students are studying Arabic at the institute.
