Innovations in Enhancing the Quality of Higher Professional Education
On February 6, Osh State University held an informational event focused on innovations in ensuring the quality of higher professional education. The event brought together Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, as well as representatives from universities in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
Baktybek Ismailov, Director of the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations, delivered a presentation in which he discussed the reasons behind the evolution of universities, their distinctive features, and the characteristics of modern higher education institutions. Representatives from the accreditation agency also shared insights into their efforts in accrediting educational programs and institutions, recent changes in Kyrgyzstan’s accreditation legislation, and the minimum requirements for educational programs seeking accreditation for PhD training in this field.
Following the presentations, participants engaged in a dynamic discussion, exchanging views and addressing numerous questions.
