Osh State University Strengthens Ties with Andijan State Pedagogical Institute
In a move towards fostering academic collaboration and cultural exchange, Osh State University warmly welcomed a delegation from Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, Uzbekistan. Led by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Sharobiddin Khasanov, the delegation engaged in a series of productive interactions during their visit.
The visit commenced with a comprehensive tour of OshSU’s Faculty of Kyrgyz Philology and Journalism, providing the guests with insights into the academic and cultural ambiance of the institution. Delving deeper into mutual academic interests, the delegation delivered insightful guest lectures and conducted practical sessions, enriching the learning experiences of OshSU students.
A pivotal moment during the visit was the official signing of a bilateral cooperation agreement between the faculties of both universities. This agreement signifies a commitment to fostering long-term collaboration in academic research, student exchange programs, and joint initiatives aimed at promoting educational excellence.
Kursantbek Attokurov, the Vice-Rector for External Relations at OshSU, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the visiting delegation for their valuable contributions. As a token of appreciation, certificates were conferred to the Uzbek colleagues, acknowledging their significant role in strengthening academic ties between the two institutions.
