Osh State University has successfully implemented the University-Science-Industry-Commercialization model of collaboration. As part of this effort, the IRCAPS Research Center has been established to study air pollution and its impact on human health. For this purpose, monitoring sensors will be installed both indoors and outdoors. Scientists from Tokyo will work at the center, conducting joint research together with specialists from Osh State University.

In addition, a Center for the Early Detection of Oncological Diseases will begin operating near the newly constructed Medical Clinic. The center will introduce new educational programs in oncology, radiology, and medical informatics for students and medical professionals. Advanced technologies - including artificial intelligence and bioinformatics - will be applied, and specialized databases and analytical systems will be developed.

Furthermore, the Center for Satellite Analysis and Remote Sensing, the Central Asian Critical Minerals Innovation Center, and the Consulting Center for Mountain Ecosystem Conservation and Green Innovations have been established and are currently operating actively.

Through these initiatives, Osh State University has emerged as a leading institution in Central Asia, transforming science, innovation, and technology into a foundation for the future.
