More Than 100 OSU Students Study in Dual Degree Programs
In 2025, Osh State University successfully developed its dual degree programs. Currently, the university actively cooperates with universities in Russia, Kazakhstan, and China across 22 academic specialties.

Today, OSU offers more than 20 dual degree programs, through which over 100 students are receiving education. Under these programs, students study for two years at Osh State University and two years at a partner university, earning two diplomas simultaneously. The program has been implemented on a large scale since 2018.
Through these programs, the number of international students who came to OSU in the 2024–2025 academic year exceeded 10,000. The majority of them were invited from Uzbekistan, India, and Russia.
Agreements have been signed with leading universities in Russia, Kazakhstan, and China in 32 specialties, of which 22 are actively implemented. Twelve of our master’s students studied at Belgorod State University, Tomsk universities, and the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, earning dual diplomas.
In the 2024–2025 academic year, 41 lecturers from the USA, Türkiye, India, Pakistan, Korea, Japan, China, and other countries are working at Osh State University.
