Osh State University Rector Participates in the International Congress “Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth” in St. Petersburg
The Rector of Osh State University is participating in the International Scientific and Educational Congress “Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth,” held in St. Petersburg on October 30–31, 2025.
The event is organized by the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The congress brings together scientists, educators, government officials, and business representatives from across the Commonwealth of Independent States to exchange experience and discuss the development of cooperation in the fields of science and education. The program includes plenary sessions, expert and discussion panels, exhibitions of educational and scientific projects, as well as master classes and training workshops.
During the plenary session, Prof. Kozhobekov delivered a presentation titled “Inter-University Cooperation in the CIS and Greater Eurasia as an Intellectual Code of Community.”
On October 31, the Rector will also speak at the expert session “Scientific and Educational Collaborations in the Commonwealth: Formula for Interaction,” where he will present on “Integration of Government Agencies, Academic, and Business Communities as an Innovative Approach toward the Transformation to University 4.0: The Experience of Osh State University.”
