✅ Starting from April 1, 2025, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic is launching the campaign “Together to 12-Year Education,” aimed at students of higher educational institutions.
🔹The goal of the campaign is to engage university students in raising public awareness about the gradual shift to a 12-year education system by encouraging the creation and sharing of creative content and organizing flash mobs.
Students enrolled in the following programs — “Journalism and PR,” “Design,” “Advertising and Communications,” and “Pedagogy” — at these universities are eligible to participate:
• Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn
• Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev
• Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev
• Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov
• Kyrgyz-Turkish University “Manas”
• Osh State University
• Batken State University
• Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov
• Naryn State University named after S. Naamatov
• Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov
• Talas State University
Participants are invited to create and share various types of content on Instagram, including:
• Posts
• Reels (short videos)
• Banners
• Quizzes
• Flash mobs
• Public events and other creative formats
🔸Students from other universities may also join the campaign by appointing a responsible person from their institution and notifying the Ministry of their interest in participating.
📍The campaign will run from April 1 to July 1, 2025. Participants whose content receives high engagement — such as likes, views, comments, and shares — will be awarded valuable prizes.
📌To officially take part, students must publish their content on their university’s Instagram page, tag @bilimilimkg (the official page of the Ministry of Education and Science), and include the Altyn-Kazyk logo, the campaign title “Together to 12-Year Education,” and the hashtags #BirgeKadam and #AltynKazyk.
☑This coordinated effort will help spread awareness of the new education system among young people and the wider public, while also allowing organizers to track and recognize students’ contributions.
