Osh State University launches a 24/7 AI-powered information bot
Information about Osh State University is now available around the clock via Instagram and WhatsApp. An AI-powered chatbot has been integrated into the university's official social media accounts to provide instant responses to users' inquiries.
The chatbot has been operating since July 1. It provides fast and accurate answers to users' questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its knowledge base includes information about the university's faculties, institutes, academic programs, admission requirements, study opportunities, international partnerships, and many other topics.
This new service makes it easier to access information about the university and ensures prompt assistance for prospective students, parents, and the general public.
