Department of theory and methodology of primary education

      Department of theory and methodology of primary education is considered the first department of the faculty of education, founded in 1959. Department headed by: NY Ilyagina (1961 - 1965), Valiev (1965-1970), S.Alymkulova (1970-1972), Z.Kulunbaeva (1972-1975), A. Khudayberdiev (1976-1982), D.Tazhibaev (1982-1992), J.Saipov (1992-1997 and 2001-2007), T.Akmatova (1997-2001), R.Anarkulov (2007-2012). From 2012 the department headed by docent М.Shaiimkulova.
At the department of theory and methodology of elementary education, there were collected various disciplines of human, natural and methodical nature. Taking into account the fact that gradually grew up a contingent of students in the faculty, increased quality of teachers, new specialty, with before mentioned departments were identified and established the department: teaching methods of the Kyrgyz language and literature in primary school (1978), methods of teaching mathematics in primary classes (1979), teaching methodical work, drawing and music (1982).
It should be noted that this department, in the faculty, at that time, it created the foundation for the opening of other departments, was the basis for teaching methods and training. Members of the department as; A. Valiev, K. Matikeev, O. Hudaiberdiev N. A. Kulikov, T. Rahmanov, M. Anarbaev, R. Ahmedov made a great contribution for the development of the sub faculty.
Nowadays the department has 18 teachers, fwo of them are candidates, a duty docent, a docent, and 5 of them are senior teachers. The department has sections as: mathematics and methodology of teaching in the primary schools, methods of teaching nature-study. Members of the methods of teaching mathematic in primary schools are engaged in research on the topic "Enhancing cognitive function of primary school pupils in teaching mathematics" (registration number 5075), members of the section of natural history and methodology of its study work on the topic "Development of aesthetic tastes of primary school children through the education of love for the motherland." The research results are published in the form of textbooks for schools, teaching aids for teachers and students: O.H.Khudayberdiev. "Mathematics: 1-4 grades." Teacher’s scientific research work’s main theme consisted of Materials of primary teaching and didactic forms. In this regard members of the department reserved the following Ph.D thesis: O.S. X.Khudayberdiev "Education geometric material in primary school" (1974), J. Saipov "Enhancing cognitive activities in the primary school pupils in teaching mathematics" (1992), K. Isakov, "Revitalization cognitive activity of students in the training course geometry "(1995), T.Akmatova" Peculiarities of moral education in primary schools of national, (Kyrgyz) of rural schools "(1996), R.P. Anarkulov “System of practical work in the process of handicraft lessons in primary children"( 1992), N.K. Junusov "Preparation of future music teachers to pedagogical activity" (2008), M.A.Shayimkulova "Algoflora of Ak-Bura river and, its role in the assessment of quality of the water". (2007).
The following teachers of the department have rewards: T.Akmatova - Excellence in Public Education, diploma "Man of the Year - 2010"; T.Meimanov - Excellence in Public Education, KP Anarkulov was awarded by a diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science, J. Saipov - Certificate of Merit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Honored Artist of Kyrgyzstan, the famous people singer I.K.Junusov and famous Kyrgyz singer, docent T.Turdubaev also works in this department as a professor.
The Department conducts scientific - research work in close cooperation with the State Pedagogical University, Kyrgyz National University (Bishkek) and other universities and scientific institutions. School named after Alisher Navoi, Barpy, "Kerme - Too, kindergartens № 48, № 46, № 39, Osh considered basic, where new scientific and methodological ideas are tested experimentally. Members of the department give lectures; provide scientific guidance to staff these basic educational and training institutions. It is known activities of the international alternative education program step by step funded by the “Soros – Kyrgyzstan” foundation in our republic. The program is dedicated to pupils of kindergartens, primary school students, parents, educators and covers preschool, primary and higher education.
This program in connection with certain basic groups of kindergartens, primary schools, teacher education faculties of universities of the republic holds productive work to democratize the educational process, to ensure continuity in terms of preparing children for life, education of future professionals. Beginning in September 1996, members of the department are working together with the named program. On the basis of the program "Step by Step" was organized and methodical information training center which is equipped with textbooks, teaching aids, educational technology, periodicals.
There was created a separate room, where there are about 6 thousand books.
Also there is a substantive audiences from all disciplines related to the department. These audiences include herbaria, dried and beings, others clearly - the demonstration materials, office equipment, necessary for practical, hands-on labs. In order to attract students to scientific research and artistic work of amateur clubs, there are "Mathematician", "Young Naturalist", "Dance" at the department.

      2012-2013 academic year, a senior lecturer of the Department H. Ibaydullaev taking part in the competition "The best teacher", was awarded the honorary prize of the Osh State University. Each year, the department members at the university level, organized educational work and cultural - mass actions. For example: in the same year held on a large scale evening memories, associate professor K. Isakova, which was attended by representatives of the faculties of MIT, Arts, Philology, associate professor relatives, friends and students. In October 2014 the year were carried out several activities planned devoting to the "75th anniversary of the Osh State University." Of particular note event organized at high level managing chair M. Shayimkulova "Tomorrow the State in the hands of the younger generation," and it has been shown in the Osh TV. 2013-2014- academic year Baigaziev K. participated in the contest "Best Lecturer" and won a prize of Osh State University 2014-2015-AN Kaparova year on the theme "the sustainable development of forests in Kyrgyzstan" defended master′s thesis. Associate Professor of J. Ablabekovoy published textbook "Health and Hygiene of Physical Culture" in 2014 year, and a collection of lectures "Human physiology and muscular activity." The competition "Best tutorial - 2015" took textbook by K. Baygazieva "Theory and technology performance of word problems" was awarded a diploma of III degree of Osh State University. 2014-2016- academic year, teachers of the department B .Idaev Moldomyrzaevoy M.,T. Matkerimovoy, N. Sarygulov awarded the degree of "Master". 2015 year in November Lecturer K. Dzhanibaev organized an exhibition at the University and the city level. This exhibition was attended by teachers EGF faculties, Arts and Artists studio named after Aitiev Osh. In addition to the educational - methodical works of the department are members of charitable work. 2016 year 1 and June "To protect children′s day" had a charity orphanage №1 city of Osh. 2016 year assistant professor of M. Shayimkulova in collaboration with professor R. Aldashukurov released textbook "Anatomy" with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Anarkulov published an article "Using the support schemes in teaching of mathematics in primary school" Herald BATGU in Kyzyl-Kiya. Assistant Professor T.Turdubaev following works were written in the last 5 years: "Oshtoy Kenen Jer Barby," "Lip tumar", "Eneco", "APAC", "The Colonel", "Roast depots koychu", "Zhaңy zhyl", "Armanym bolbos ". A .Gaparova published textbook for primary school teachers′ 1001 task, the task for primary school. " In recent years, increasing the demand for graduates profiles methodology and pedagogy of primary education. Since the state pays great attention to the material and moral teachers of primary classes, creating a safe condition for this profile, and increased the number of incoming students in the primary grades education specialty. As a result, workload at the Department for 2016-2017- academic years is 26734 hours. With the Enhance study load has increased and professors - teaching staff, at the department work 28 members. Today, conducted classroom, teaching and methodical work on 51 th discipline. And on these subjects drawn CMD, syllabuses, SIW, work programs and downloaded to the site SE Osh.
