An agreement on a dual degree program has been signed between Osh State University and Namangan State University. According to the agreement, students from the neighboring country who study in the fields of medicine and pharmacy will also have the opportunity to receive a diploma from Osh State University.
This was announced today, October 2, during a meeting between the delegation led by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Namangan State University, Hayotbek Kadirov, and the Rector of Osh State University, Kudaiberdy Kozhobekov.
The parties discussed the admission of applicants for the 2025–2026 academic year. As a result, it was announced that the admission process will be completed by November of this year.
According to the signed document, the implementation of joint educational programs between the two universities is planned. Students enrolled in programs that offer a dual diploma will study three years at Namangan State University and two years at Osh State University.
