On February 19, the trade union committee of Osh State University held a meeting with representatives from trade unions across the university’s institutes, faculties, colleges, lyceums, and gymnasiums.

During the meeting, participants reviewed detailed step-by-step plans for the year aimed at preventing corruption and dismantling corrupt practices. Reports on activities carried out in January were also requested.

Additionally, newly published brochures containing the updated Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan, which came into effect on January 23, 2025, under Law No. 24, were distributed. The discussion also covered a comparison of the previous version of the code with the newly introduced amendments.

Currently, anti-corruption groups have been established in each institute, faculty, and college of the university. These groups are actively engaged in efforts to prevent and combat corruption.
