Oncology resident Muhammad Faizan Siddiqui presented his research at an international scientific meeting held in Turkey.
On April 11–12, in Istanbul, he delivered a presentation titled “Artificial Intelligence for Predicting and Reducing Memory Impairment in Patients with Primary Brain Tumors: A Literature Review” at the Second International Medical Students Conference organized by Haliç University and the Health Foundation.
The study explored the potential of artificial intelligence in addressing cognitive problems in the field of neuro-oncology. It proposed modern approaches for the early detection and prevention of memory disorders.
The scientific trip was funded by the Health Foundation, which covered the participant’s travel and accommodation expenses. Visa arrangements were organized by Osh State University (OshSU).
The scientific supervisor is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the International Medical Faculty Roman Kalmatov. Clinical supervisors include Director of the Osh Interregional Oncology Center Zaripa Paizova, Clinical Supervisor of Surgical Education Programs Gulzat Gapurova, Director of the Postgraduate Continuous Medical Education Center Anara Zhanbaeva, Director of the OshSU Medical Center Zhazgul Imetova, and Clinical Supervisor of Surgical Education Programs Guliza Kochkonbaeva.
