The winners of the Russian language Olympiad have been determined.
As part of Russian Language Week at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, the results of the Russian Language Olympiad were announced and the winners were determined.
First place went to Shirina Akbarova, a student at the Institute of Economics, Business and Management, second place went to Takhmina Anarbayeva, a student at the Faculty of Medicine.
Third place went to Sarvinaz Gulamjonova, a student at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication.
The participants answered questions on vocabulary and grammar, Russian idioms, works by Russian writers, and the lifestyle and worldview of the Russian people.
The event was organised by teachers from the Department of Interfaculty Practical Russian Language Courses.
