Sanzharbek Ismadiyarov, a business expert at the Osh State University Business Park, successfully completed a 15-day specialized training program titled “Industrial Development through Local Resources” organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in November.
As part of the program, participants studied regional development models and resource-efficient practices on the Japanese islands of Hiroshima and Ama.
During the training, Ismadiyarov received advanced instruction in product development, including new product creation, quality control, packaging, and branding. He also explored Japan’s leading practices in technology, innovation, and industrial development.
According to Ismadiyarov, the knowledge and experience gained during the program will play an important role in strengthening the activities of the university Business Park.
“The insights I obtained over these 15 days will significantly enhance our work, especially in generating new product ideas, supporting student startups, and effectively utilizing regional resources,” he said.
