On February 21, the Faculty of International Medicine at Osh State University hosted a celebration for International Mother Language Day. During the event, students presented a theatrical program showcasing the traditions and customs of the Hindu people.

The celebration featured performances of songs, dances, and poetry recitations in studentsэ native languages. Among the attendees were Osh State University’s Vice-Rector for State Language and Social Issues, Mastura Sharipova, the Dean of the Faculty, Raman Kalmatov, and faculty members from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines.

As part of the program, students performed the Kyrgyz song “How Good to Meet” in the Kyrgyz language, along with various declamation acts. In recognition of their efforts, talented students and their mentors received letters of gratitude, certificates, and gifts on behalf of the school director.
