At the end of August (28-30.08.19) and at the beginning of September (10-12.09.19) was held a competition according to the “thesis of the internal staff reserve of OSU". According to its results, laboratory assistants of the Department Manas kyzy Uulkan and Alimbekova Aiperi, successfully passed the qualifying rounds of the competition, entered the list of internal personnel reserve of OSU. This thesis developed on the base of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "Mamlekettik arandic kismat jana municipaldyk kyzmat jonundo", thesis as a "Memlekettik jarandic kizmatynyn jana municipaldyk kizmatynyn uluttuk kadrlar reservin tuzunun jana ishteshinin tartibi jonundo", "Jogorku okuu of jainin professorduk-okuutuchuluk kurumunun kismat ordun elep turunun tartibi jonundo" and "Concept of development of Osh state University for 2019-2024 years" and defines the basis and procedure for the drawing up of internal personnel reserve of the Osh State University.
