Rector Kudayberdi Kozhobekov participates in an international forum in China
These days, the Rector of Osh State University (OshSU), Kudayberdi Kozhobekov, is taking part in the international forum of rectors of leading universities in the world, held in China.
The event is organized at the Xincin campus of Xi’an Jiaotong University and brings together rectors and representatives of higher education institutions from various countries. On April 6, Kudayberdi Kozhobekov participated in the meeting of the Executive Council of the Silk Road Universities Alliance.
On the same day, the Rector also signed the memorandum of cooperation between Xi’an Jiaotong University and OshSU. According to the agreement, academic mobility programs for students and faculty will be implemented in the future. In addition, exchange programs, seminars, scientific conferences will be organized, and joint research projects will be conducted. The exchange of scientific materials and the development of innovative projects are also planned.
Within the framework of the forum, current topics are being discussed, including the impact of artificial intelligence on higher education and the participation of universities in global governance. The event is aimed at exchanging experience, expanding international cooperation, and identifying new directions in the field of education.
The forum started on April 6 and will continue until April 9. It is organized in celebration of the 130th anniversary of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
