102 employees of Osh State University are spending a four-day vacation at the "Tynchtyk" boarding house in Issyk-Kul.
They include representatives from the university's faculties, institutes, colleges, and administrative departments.
The trip was organized and sponsored by the university's trade union. The goal is to improve employee health, organize summer leisure activities, and foster team building.
The trade union provides social support to employees annually. This includes discounted or free vouchers to sanatoriums and recreation centers, as well as wellness events.
