On 15 – 16 November Head of International Relations Office of OshSU, Docent Semetei Amiraliev participated in opening of General Assembly “Internationalization of High Educational Institutions” of Central Asian Association located in Mohageg University in the city of Ardabil in Iran. From more than 60 universities of the this association (they are: Baku State University, Xingcian University,Tadjik State University, Mustafa Kemal University, Tebriz University) representatives of 36 universitites took an active participation. From Kyrgyzstan Osh State University and Kyrgyz National University named after I. Arabaev representatives were present at this forum.
The following issues were under the discussion:
- Activities of executive staff
- Exchange programs for students and academic staff
- Joint master programs
- Creating international students council
- Organizing summer schools, camps and educational courses
- Grants
- Discussion of creation of website and logo of the association.
Besides this, Semetei Amiraliev got acquainted with representatives of other universities and presented OshSU to them too.
