As part of the announced 2018 development of regions, on 16 January 2018 faculty of theology of Osh state university began activities to assist in the spiritual development of young people. To aksakals (elder people) of some villages of Kara Kulzha region gave the Koran, translated into the Kyrgyz language, but also in schools has been done of vocational orientation. During the project "My gift – the Quran" with Quran in the remote regions of southern Kyrgyzstan would be extended another 20 kinds of books.
