The ETF department, being an educational, methodological and scientific structural unit of Osh State University, carries out its activities on the basis of the Charter of Osh State University.

The department unites teaching staff, auxiliary staff, scientific staff, graduate students, candidates and conducts lectures, practical, seminar and laboratory classes in the disciplines assigned to the department.
