University Teachers Presented Information on Aitmatov’s Works in Tashkent

A ceremony dedicated to the 97th anniversary of the outstanding writer Chingiz Aitmatov was held at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature in Uzbekistan.

The event was attended by Taalaikan Isakova, Associate Professor of the College of International Educational Programs of Osh State University, and Kanyshay Chotikeeva, Associate Professor of the Interfaculty Department of the Kyrgyz Language.

During the ceremony, Taalaikan Isakova delivered a presentation on methods of using Chingiz Aitmatov’s works in the development of oral speech. Kanyshay Chotikeeva provided an in-depth overview of the writer’s creative approach and literary legacy.

At the initiative of Rona Nizamutdinovna, Head of the Chingiz Aitmatov Center at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, a meeting with students was also organized. Participants exchanged views on the educational value of Aitmatov’s works and their significance in world literature.

The cultural program featured student performances, including songs, dances, and artistic readings from the writer’s works.

The event aimed to strengthen academic and cultural cooperation between the two universities and to promote Chingiz Aitmatov’s literary heritage among the younger generation.
