Oktobр Kapalbaev Gives Guest Lecture at OshSU
On September 25, Professor Oktobр Kapalbaev, Deputy Head of the Department for Strategic Planning and Reform Analysis at the Presidential Administration’s Department of Political and Economic Studies, delivered a guest lecture for students and faculty members of the Institute of Oriental Studies at Osh State University.
During the lecture, he spoke about the key directions and significance of the “National Spirit – Global Heights” concept. The discussion also covered the preservation of national values, strategic development goals of the country, public consciousness, and ways to shape the younger generation’s vision for the future.
At the end of the lecture, Joldoshbek Botonoev, Director of the Institute, presented the guest lecturer with a letter of appreciation and gave him a copy of his book “Victims of Repression in Kyrgyzstan.”
Oktobр Kapalbaev conducts research in the fields of history, socio-political processes, and state development. He is the author of several books and scientific articles.
