On February 26, the creative contest “Kosh Jyldyz” was held at Osh State University, bringing together 15 student pairs (30 participants) from various institutes, faculties, and colleges.
The competition included three stages: self-presentation, vocal and stage performances, and practical skills. In the final round, male participants demonstrated fast weapon assembly, while female participants showcased embroidery and handicraft skills.
The first place was awarded to students of Uzgen International Medical College, who received 10,000 soms and valuable prizes. The teacher who prepared the winners was awarded a trip to Tashkent by the Osh Mayor’s Office Culture Department.
Second and third places were taken by students from different institutes and colleges. According to participants, preparation lasted about ten days. The event was organized by the university’s Student Council to promote creativity and student talent.
