Dual Learning in Action
As part of the dual learning program, representatives of Osh State University participated in open lessons delivered by students currently working in schools across Osh.
The event aimed to assess the professional readiness of future teachers and evaluate how effectively they apply theoretical knowledge in real classroom settings.
Dilaram Madaminova, Associate Professor of the Department of Teaching Methods of the Russian Language and Literature, and instructor Gulyandon Baltabaeva observed the lessons and noted the strong performance of the student-teachers. According to them, the students demonstrated confidence in teaching and actively implemented modern instructional methods.
They particularly highlighted the use of digital technologies, the creation of a comfortable and supportive learning environment, individualized approaches to students, and the development of critical thinking and creativity through classroom activities.
The open lessons once again confirmed the effectiveness of the dual learning model, which allows future educators to gain practical experience while continuing their academic studies, ultimately strengthening the quality of teacher training at Osh State University.
