From October 13 to November 12, the Department of Russian Philology at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, Osh State University, successfully held an Educational Month. The initiative brought together heads of departments, methodologists, and lecturers to share best teaching practices and enhance student engagement.
As part of the program, faculty members of the double-degree program in “Russian Language and Literature”, jointly implemented with L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana), conducted open lessons, master classes, lectures, and practical sessions for first- and second-year students.
Students actively participated in literary and linguistic quizzes, as well as cultural and creative activities, fostering both academic and intercultural development. Additionally, an annual parent meeting was organized for students of all academic years, attended by the branch director of the Educational and Methodological Department, the program coordinator, and faculty members.
Currently, 35 students are enrolled in the double-degree program.
The Educational Month was led by Dilaram Madaminova, Head of the Double-Degree Program.
