The rectors emphasized the importance of developing digital platforms for joint educational programs, launching collaborative grants, providing state-funded places for international programs, recognizing university rankings across member states, and simplifying administrative and financial procedures for academic exchange.
These initiatives will form part of the final resolution of the congress, aimed at strengthening scientific and educational collaboration within the Commonwealth.
