The international scientific and educational congress “Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth” was held on October 30–31 in St. Petersburg.
The event, organized by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education, focused on the theme “Education 4.0: Integrating Science, Technology, and Creativity.”
The congress brought together scientists, educators, policymakers, and business representatives from CIS countries to exchange best practices and discuss new areas of cooperation in science and education.
Rector of Osh State University, Professor Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, actively participated in the forum. On October 30, he spoke at the plenary session with a presentation titled “Interuniversity Cooperation in the CIS and Greater Eurasia as the Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth.”
The following day, Professor Kozhobekov took part in the expert session “Scientific and Educational Collaborations in the Commonwealth Space: The Formula for Interaction,” where he presented Osh State University’s innovative approach to integrating government, academic, and business communities within the framework of University 4.0 transformation.
During another expert discussion on “Educational and International Cooperation Among the Commonwealth States,” the Rector highlighted OshSU’s successful partnerships with universities across the CIS through joint educational programs, double degrees, academic mobility, staff exchanges, joint research, and cultural collaboration.
The congress served as an effective platform for strengthening scientific and educational ties between CIS countries and promoting further integration within the Commonwealth’s intellectual community.
